1. The scholarship is applicable for Pre-U (Foundation, Cambridge GCE A-Level or South Australian Certificate of Education International programmes) or a first year degree programme (except for music, pharmacy and doctor of medicine programmes) for January 2020 intake.
  2. Recipients of other Awards/Scholarships/Bursaries from other educational institutions or organisations are not eligible to apply.
  3. All applicants must submit their application form before the application deadline. Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
  4. The scholarship is in the form of a tuition fee waiver and is neither transferable to another candidate nor exchangeable for cash.
  5. Successful applicants agree to pay the initial tuition fee stated in the Welcome Letter and any miscellaneous and other fees not covered by the scholarship including the cost for English Enrichment Programme and semesterly Medical Plan.
  6. In the event that an applicant does not fulfill the English requirements, he/she needs to sit for the English Placement Test and undergo the English Enrichment Programme prior to the programme.
  7. Successful applicants must submit the actual results transcript to UCSI University Trust within 7 days from the announcement of the results. The actual results must meet the minimum academic requirements set for the scholarship in order for the scholarship to be continued into the 2nd semester.
  8. Successful applicants are to maintain exemplary discipline, attendance and behaviour throughout their studies at UCSI University.
  9. Successful applicants are required to maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.50 (full scholarship) or 3.30 (partial scholarship) every semester for their studies at UCSI University or UCSI College, below which the scholarship will be revoked.
  10. Successful applicants are to voluntarily contribute effort and time by participating in the Scholar Enrichment Programme and be involved in various workplace and community projects by the UCSI College/ UCSI University Trust (100 SEP Points per long semester or 50 SEP Points per short semester).
  11. The UCSI University Trust reserves the right to decide on the quantum and number of scholarships to be awarded or revoked.
  12. In the event of a dispute on the eligibility for the scholarship, the decision made by the Scholarship Selection Committee is final and no appeals will be entertained.
